The backs of the drawers should be labeled so you know where to substitute them. Using a pry bar, remove the cove molding along the soffit. Remove the shelves by unscrewing the cabinet unit from the soffit. Throw out the old cabinet doors, molding, and hinges, among other things.
Cut the copper water system line to the freezer and switch off the water. Deactivate the supply line at the end of the stove and switch off the main gas line to the stove. Remove the devices, and remember that an equipment dolly is the right tool for the job.
